It's a good idea to set a rate schedule for your own use, but be reasonable and flexible, and do not publish it. You want to be able to negotiate rates and bid for jobs. If you can, find out what your client is willing to pay. Your clients have budgets and can always find someone else cheaper. If asked to provide a rate schedule, your rates should be competitive. There are literally millions of people who want to be models and many will work for free. It's very easy to lose a job and many subsequent ones to someone else.
